What our team would check before sampling

Fit and coverage: we would check rise, gusset dimensions, leg-opening comfort and how the absorbent area sits through sitting, walking and overnight wear.

Function and durability: layer thickness, absorbency, leak-barrier integrity and wash stability need to be confirmed on the exact construction. We would agree the test method with your team before sampling.

How we can work with your team

You do not need a finished tech pack to start. A sketch, reference sample, target price or even a few competitor images is enough for our merchandising and pattern team to give you a practical direction. We will then discuss fabric, size grading, branding, packing and the sample plan together.

Our standard custom route starts at 300 pcs per style/colour. If you are testing a new collection, ask us about current stock fabrics and trial options. We will be clear about what is possible, what it will cost and when you can expect the sample.
