1. Who we are

This website is operated by Shenzhen Ljvogues Sports Fashion Limited (“Ljvogues”, “we”, “us”). Our address is A606, Baochengtai Jixiang Industrial Park, No. 348 Ainan Road, Longcheng Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. Website and commercial questions may be sent to info@ljvogues.com.

2. Business-to-business website

This site is intended for brands, retailers, importers, wholesalers, procurement teams and other business users evaluating intimate apparel manufacturing. It is not directed to consumers or children. Product references, MOQ information and production descriptions are provided for business sourcing discussions.

3. Product and technical information

We aim to describe product categories, construction options, materials and production processes accurately. Product images, measurements, fibre compositions, colours and size ranges may nevertheless change with the final specification, supplier materials and approved sample. Website content is not a warranty that every listed option is available for every style or order.

Any performance, certification, composition or compliance statement must be confirmed for the exact product, material and production route against the current supporting document or test report. Certification scope may vary by product and process.

4. Quotes, samples, MOQ and lead times

Information submitted through an enquiry or RFQ does not create a binding order. Prices, MOQ, tooling, sample charges, lead times and delivery dates become binding only when confirmed in a written quotation, proforma invoice or order contract accepted by Ljvogues. Indicative MOQ and timing on the website may change with style complexity, materials, colourways, quantities and production capacity.

Sample approval, purchase-order terms, payment conditions, Incoterms, inspection criteria and packing requirements are controlled by the applicable order documents. If order documents conflict with these website terms, the signed order documents prevail for that order.

5. Buyer materials and intellectual property

You remain responsible for any artwork, tech pack, trademark, reference sample, design, photograph or other material you send to us. You confirm that you have the right to use and share that material for quotation, sampling and production. We may use buyer materials only for the requested business purpose and may request written confirmation of ownership or authorisation where needed.

Our website text, photographs, illustrations, logos, catalogue layouts, technical explanations and other original content are owned by Ljvogues or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished or presented as another company’s work without written permission, except for normal search indexing, linking or reasonable quotation with attribution.

6. Permitted website use

You may use the website to review products, submit a legitimate business enquiry and access resources for supplier evaluation. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with site security, submit malicious files, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activity.
