Choose your model

Choose Your Flexible Cooperation Model

Some buyers arrive with a complete specification. Others need a proven starting point and a faster route to market. We structure the development process around the stage your team is actually in.

OEM · Your design, our production

Build from your own tech pack

Best for established brands and designers with a defined fit, material direction, grading standard and product specification.

  • Develop from your tech pack, reference garment or approved pattern.
  • Match measurements, construction, trims, labels and packaging to your specification.
  • Protect proprietary files and product details under an NDA on request.
ODM · Existing base, your brand

Start from a proven construction

Best for emerging brands, wholesalers and marketplace sellers that need a faster route to market without beginning from a blank pattern.

  • Start with an existing Ljvogues construction and adapt color, fabric, trim, labels and sizing.
  • Reduce the number of pattern approvals required before sampling.
  • Test a product direction before committing to a fully bespoke development program.

Six-step workflow

From Concept to Global Delivery: Our 6-Step Workflow

Each stage has an approval point, so your team knows what is being reviewed, what has been confirmed and what happens next. Timing is agreed against the selected style, materials and order quantity.

01

Inquiry and technical review

Share a tech pack, sketch, reference garment or product link. We review fabric feasibility, construction, target price and size requirements before recommending a sampling route. Initial response is usually within one business day.

02

Material and trim sourcing

Review fabric, elastic, lace, mesh, power-net and trim options against hand-feel, stretch recovery, target price and certification scope.

03

Rapid prototyping

Stock samples can be ready in 72 hours. Custom samples typically take 7–10 days after construction, materials and measurements are confirmed.

04

Sample approval and sealing

Once fit and workmanship are approved, we seal a counter sample and use it as the reference for bulk. Later changes are documented before production.

05

Mass production and AQL inspection

Production follows the approved sample and bill of materials. Inline checks and final inspection normally follow AQL 2.5 inspection plan, as agreed for the order.

06

Export packing and shipment

Finished goods are packed to the approved carton, barcode and labeling specification. Shipping terms and documents are confirmed by destination and order.

Core engineering

Advanced Manufacturing Technologies We Excel In

The right technology depends on the fabric, silhouette and comfort target. We review construction choices during sampling rather than applying the same process to every style.

01

Seamless thermal bonding

Hot-melt bonding and seamless construction reduce bulk and stitch friction around underbands, armholes and leg openings. Bond strength, stretch recovery and edge comfort are checked on the approved fabric.

Technical acceptance points
  • Bond strength checked on the approved fabric
  • Stretch recovery and edge comfort review
  • Wash durability confirmed against the order specification
  • AQL 2.5 inspection plan

Methods and acceptance values are confirmed for the actual material, construction and destination market.

02

Precision laser cutting

Laser cutting supports dimensional accuracy on lace, mesh, microfiber and power-net, helping control fraying and distortion on delicate open edges.

Technical acceptance points
  • Pattern accuracy checked from the approved cut file
  • Edge condition and fray control reviewed
  • Consistent cutting across graded sizes
  • Inline and final inspection to the approved AQL plan

Methods and acceptance values are confirmed for the actual material, construction and destination market.

03

Lower-impact material options

Recycled synthetic fibers, organic cotton and lower-impact packaging can be reviewed against GRS, GOTS and OEKO-TEX scope, target cost and the final product construction.

Technical acceptance points
  • Certificate scope mapped to the actual material
  • Colorfastness and shrinkage testing available
  • Restricted-substance reports by market
  • Document scope confirmed before bulk production

Methods and acceptance values are confirmed for the actual material, construction and destination market.

Value-added support

Comprehensive Value-Added Support for Your Brand

Production is only one part of a successful launch. We coordinate the branding, packaging and testing details that affect how the finished order is received, merchandised and sold.

01

Custom branding and labeling

Heat-transfer tags, woven labels, care labels, branded hardware, sliders and packaging are matched to the approved product specification.

02

Packaging and e-commerce preparation

Printed polybags, hangtags, gift boxes and master cartons can be planned around retail or marketplace requirements, including barcode and FBA-ready packing instructions.

03

Testing and compliance support

Colorfastness, shrinkage, fiber-content and restricted-substance testing can be arranged for the relevant material and market. Document scope is confirmed before testing.
