Seamless and thermal bonding technology
Hot-melt bonding and laser-cut finishing reduce bulk around underbands, armholes and leg openings. During sampling, we check bond strength, stretch recovery and edge comfort on the approved fabric before bulk production.
Best suited to smooth-edge bras, shapewear, soft contour styles and functional underwear.

Cutting, sewing and finishing under one roof
Fabric spreading, cutting, sewing, bonding and finishing are managed as one production flow. Line supervisors work from the approved sample, measurements and bill of materials, with quality checks built into each stage.
One internal team remains accountable from material issue to final packing.

A sample built for production, not just presentation
Share a sketch, reference garment or tech pack. Our technical team reviews construction, measurements and materials, then develops a physical sample for fit and workmanship approval. Custom sampling typically takes 7–10 days after details are confirmed.
Fit, grading, material hand-feel and production feasibility are reviewed before bulk.
Quality control & compliance
Quality is checked during production, not only at the end
Every order starts with agreed measurements, materials and workmanship standards. Our QC team checks incoming materials, work in progress and the final shipment so problems are identified while they can still be corrected.
Fabric and component inspectionMaterial checks
Fabric, elastic, trims and labels are checked against the approved specifications before cutting begins.
Work-in-progress reviews
Line checks catch measurement, stitching, bonding and fit issues while corrective action is still practical.
AQL final inspection
Final inspection normally follows AQL 2.5 major / 1.0 critical, plus the agreed workmanship and measurement checks.
